- Important Points -
Please review the following information and kindly understand it.
About Fabric
・We only accept clothing made of 100% cotton, a natural material.
About Color ・In most cases, the sewing thread remains in its original color. Even if the garment is labeled as 100% cotton, the sewing thread is mostly synthetic. If the original fabric of the thread is white, the stitches will remain white in color. ・There may be occasional color variations due to sun exposure or severe stains. ・If the fabric has been treated with waterproofing, water-repellent, or resin coating, the color may appear faded or bleed after dyeing.
Shrinkage and Damage
・Due to the heat treatment process, some stretching or shrinking may occur.
・Since we dye at temperatures above 90 degrees, fabrics that have weakened over time may be susceptible to damage.
・Buttons may or may not dye to a similar color.
・Buttons may break during the process. Please remove valuable buttons before sending.
・We reserve the right to decline based on material inspection.
・The metal parts of zippers may detach depending on their condition.
Repairs
We carefully dye each piece of clothing by hand, so most garments are finished without any issues. However, garments that have been worn before dyeing may experience fraying or tearing during the dyeing process due to their storage conditions, aging, or stitching. Damage to materials like cotton is rare but can occur due to wear and tear. We inspect the fabric condition beforehand, but in case of damage during dyeing, we may need to repair the garment after dyeing.
Delivery Time
The delivery time varies depending on the season and the arrival of your clothing. Normally, it takes about 1 month from receipt, but during peak times, it may take 2 to 3 months.
Compensation
Dyeing garments carries inherent risks. We proceed with the work with the understanding and consent of all customers, so we cannot offer compensation after dyeing.
Storage Period
We can store your clothing for up to one year after contacting you about the dyeing completion.
If there are issues with receiving the shipment after completion, we may dispose of it after the storage period, so please be aware of this policy.
